RE: Collis Residence,
Mike,
We are seeking a fire alarm permit for the Collis Residence at 1755 West Gore Creek Dr,
Vail.
The residence is adding a garage on the main level, and 2 bedrooms above the garage.
Our scope of work is to add 3 smoke detectors, 1 heat detector and 2 CO detectors as
flows: Smokes in each bedroom and outside the bedrooms. CO detectors at the top of
the stairs outside the new bedrooms and the entry off the garage. The heat detector will
be in the garage.
The panel is an existing Vista 50p with 6 smoke detectors, with the new devices, there
will be a total of 9 smokes. The panel is capable of handling 17 smokes per loop. We
will include these on the existing addressable loop.
