Gore Creek Drive Vail, Colorado 81657 Per previous discussions between the Property Manager and the Fire Department, this scope of work letter is being submitted as a request for permit to reprogram the existing Simplex 4100ES Fire Alarm Control Panel serving the Chalets at Lodge at Vail. The program will be updated to activate fire alarm notification signals only in the building that is in alarm; notification appliances will no longer activate in unaffected buildings. This update will be made on the fire alarm network as needed. These programming changes will not change the existing monitoring account or sequence of operations for any initiation devices.
