The scope of work will be to bring the residence up to NFPA standards adopted by Vail Fire. I have included a mark-up set of drawings with this scope of work to better detail the scope. Work performed will be to low frequency notification devices to each level and each bedroom for general alarm notification. 120vac Combination Smoke/CO devices will be added as required throughout. An exterior horn for fire sprinkler activation will be installed by the garage along with a stand alone CO detector in the mud room at the garage entry to the home. Each detection device will have a dedicated 18/6 FPL from the fire control panel and each floor will be provided with a dedicated 14/4 NAC circuit from the power supply. Whatever fire sprinkler devices are installed will be independently monitored at the fire panel location. The fire/security panel that we are providing for this scope is the Bosch B5512. Data sheets for all device that we intend to install are included in submittal. Once work has been completed and tested, CSWC will contact Vail Fire Department and schedule a final fire alarm test of the new area. If there are any questions or concerns about the above information, please feel free to contact me at any time.
