Re: Scope of Work for Fire Alarm System Addition
Dear Mike,
The following is a scope of work to be performed for Vail Village Inn Unit 204. The scope of
work will be to bring the remodeled area up to NFPA standards adopted by Vail Fire. Work
performed will be to add one combination smoke/heat/CO detector to the living room area,
and five combination smoke/heat detectors, one for each bedroom and outside the bedrooms.
In addition we will be adding speaker only devices, total of five, one for each bedroom and
one for the living room. These devices will be added to the current main fire alarm control
system, a Notifier NFS2-3030 in the main lobby and will provide continuity between the
remodeled area and the existing building.
Once work has been completed and tested, CSWC will contact Vail Fire Department and
schedule a final fire alarm test of the new area.
