As part of the remodel in Unit 302 of Vantage Point, we will be bringing the unit up to current code, including
adding monitored Carbon-monoxide detection. WE plan on installed 3 local smoke-system heat detectors.We
also plan on adding one carbon-monoxide detector. All work will be done per NFPA 72 (2013) and Town of Vail
guidelines.
All devices will be compatible with the existing Firelite 9600 panel.
The value of the job is $2000
