Dear Mr. Juergens,
Monroe & Newell Engineers, Inc. has provided observations of the structural framing
during the construction of the residence and has reviewed testing provided by others. On
November 18th we conducted a final observation to review the inplace construction.
To the best of our knowledge and belief, based on our visual observations, and the
information provided to us, the structural framing appears to be constructed in
compliance with the intent of the construction documents prepared by our office and
approved by the Building Department.
