As requested, structural steel special inspection was conducted at the above
referenced project per the IBC 2012 Edition - Chapter 17: Structural Tests and Special
Inspection and the requirements of the Town of Vail. I arrived at the jobsite at 11:00 AM.
I met with Mr. Scott Benson on site to review all the site steel framing inspection
conducted by Thunder Mountain Testing from 11-6-14 to 8-3-15.
To the best of our knowledge, based on our visual inspections and the information
provided to us by the approved project drawings and specifications provided, all
documented areas of inspection were observed to be in compliance with project
specifications and requirements.
