Re: Scope of Work Letter—Christy Sports Tenant Finish

Dear Mike:
Superior Alarm has been contracted to modify the fire alarm system at the Christy Sports retail
space in the Plaza Lodge due to a scheduled remodel taking place. Christy Sports occupies
2700 sf in the basement and 3380 sf on the main level of the Plaza Lodge. Plaza lodge is a
sprinklered, multi-use building with merchantile (M), assembly (A-2) and residential (R-1). The fire
alarm system is a Silent Knight 5208 conventional alarm panel which is currently supported by
the manufacturer. We will add/modify fire alarm notification and initiating devices sufficient to
meet applicable NFPA 70, NFPA 72, IBC codes and Town of Vail Standards. Battery
calculations, db testing and voltage drop calculations will be performed on completion of install
and verified to meet applicable codes and standards.
Please provide a floor plan
showing current layout to
determine coverage needs.
