Pjct: Vail 21 - Phase III
Dear Mike,
The following is a scope of work to be performed for the remaining Phase III at Vail 21. The
scope of work will be to bring the remaining condos up to NFPA standards adopted by Vail
Fire. Work performed will be to new FAPT- multi-criteria smoke detector to the bedroom(s) of
each unit. The sounder base installed will also be the B200S-LF low frequency sounder base
to match the existing device already installed in the living room area. These devices will be
added to the current main fire alarm control system, a Notifier NFS2-3030 in and will provide
continuity between the new area and the existing building.
Once work has been completed and tested, CSWC will contact Vail Fire Department and
schedule a final fire alarm test of the new area.
