It is roughly 14.5 feet wide by 22.7 feet deep. It Section 5 is the walkway between the east and west drives. The section measures 4 feet Section 6 is the Main Drive or East Drive. It currently measures 38 feet wide by 22.58 feet wide by 27.4 feet long, covering a total of 109.6 square feet. These measurements will not deep on the west side and 21.45 feet deep on the east side. This gives 836.57 square feet has a small garden section at the north west corner that is 3 feet by 7 feet.The section covers 312.825 change. total. The drive will be reduced by 2 feet on the east side to maintain the 60 percent square feet(original "Gross Residential Floor Area Calculations" sheet is incorrect).These measurements g landscape regulation. This will bring the total square footage down to 792.55 square feet. will not be changing. The walkway is currently stained 2x6 wooden decking. This will be removed and replaced with Belgard Urbana Stone pavers in the Victorian Blend color. The elevations for this section can be found on the diagram below. The drive is sloping The current elevations of the driveway will remain the same.The driveway will continue to be sloped toward the point marked with a "D", at the corner of the garage, in a bowl shaped slope. This away from the house toward the west.The exact elevations can be seen below in the diagram. Currently the walkway is at an elevation of 7814.6. This will be changing to 7814.4 on the will be remaining the same. This section is currently constructed of a concrete pad and stained 2x6 decking, with a wooden railing west end to match the level of Section 4, The West Drive. And to 7814.1 on the east end to match the level of Section 5, the East Drive. The drive is currently a concrete slab. This will be removed and replaced with Belgard running along the north side and 75 percent of the west side. This will all be removed. The Belgard Urbana Stone pavers in the Victorian Blend color. Urbana Stone Paver in the Victorian Blend color will be laid and a cable railing will replace the old wooden railing. The garden section will remain and the parking block. The walkway will be heated pavers for snow removal. The entire drive will be heated for snow removal. All of Section 4 excludingthegarden will be heated for snow removal. The photo marked "Section 5" shows the existing condition of the area. The photo's marked "Section 6a" and "Section 6b" show the existing drive.
