This letter is to disclose the results of the survey performed on September 1, 2015 at 1183
Cabin Circle. The purpose of the survey was to gather additional Topographic information.
The survey was conducted to foster a higher level of vertical positional accuracy on the
contours in critical areas(s) of the topographic coverage as discussed in the meeting with
staff.
We have determined that based on our observations at or near the 8240' contour, on the
north side and adjacent to house, the native ground is consistently 1.0' higher than the
purported contour of 8240 indicates.
This survey was done to better understand and to garner a more complete picture of the
relationship of the actual ground relative to the contours where height requirements are
critical. The native ground on the south side of the house was disturbed, and therefore not
relevant for this survey.
