General Contractor: Shaeffer Hyde Construction
Inspection of shop fabrication or field work at job site: Field
Report: Visually inspected field welding at wood floor joist hangers to top of
steel beam upper level framing. Also inspected high strength A325 bolting at steel
beam connection upper level framing. Note no special inspection was performed at
the shop welded angle clips.
To the best of my knowledge this completes the special inspections of the
structural steel onsite welding & high strength A325 bolting on the project, as
outlined above.
