Single Family Home, 756 Forest Road
Lowered Study Floor by Six Inches:
To allow for the elimination of the landing outside of the French doors at the study we
lowered the floor of the study by six inches. Additionally we changed the height of the
French doors from 7’-0” to 8’-0”. See sheets A2.2, A2.3, A2.4, A2.5, A3.1, A3.2, A4.3,
A4.5, S2.3, S3.3, and S3.4.
Changed Windows at Bedroom 2:
Replaced the two 30”x24” mulled awnings on the east wall of bedroom 2 with two
individual 30”x60” casement windows. See sheets A2.2, A2.5, A3.2, and A4.5.
Changed Windows at Bath 4:
Replaced the two 30”x24” individual awnings, on the west wall of bath 4, with one
30”x24” awning window. See sheets A2.2, A2.5, and A3.2.
Changed Windows at Hearth Room:
Replaced the 72”x84” picture and two 30”x24” transom windows, on the south wall of the
hearth room, with one 72”x114” picture window. See sheets A2.3, A2.5, and A3.1.
Revised Slab Elevations at Covered Porch:
Made minor revisions to the top of stone elevations at the covered porch slab and added
construction method notes to section. See sheets A2.3 and A4.3
Modified Drainage Swale and Retaining Walls :
Made proposed changes to the drainage swale and retaining wall, that runs south to north,
between the house and the east property line.
