Replace tub w/new shower stall. Plumbing to stay
in same locations as original 1972 layout. All plumbing to
stay in existing location none of which is in fire wall. Shower
to stay the same dimensions as existing. This will be a free standing
shower with no tub. Shower pan will be that same size as existing
with a curb sloped to the existing drain location. Drain will updated
to meet code requirements. Shower head and controls will be located
in the wall between the kitchen and bath. The existing bathfan in the
shower/toilet area is to remain and used.
