Dear Mr. Hughes,
For the period ending June 15, 2016, representatives of GROUND Engineering Consultants,
Inc. were on site to provide materials testing services at times scheduled by the Contractor,
Subcontractor and/or Owner. Our reports have been completed in the field as our testing and
observations were performed. The Contractor and applicable Sub Contractors were notified of
the testing results and/or observations prior to our departure from the project site. This summary
report includes the observation reports as well as the materials test results.

services provided on this date.

As directed by Jeff with R.A. Nelson, GROUND inspected the following:
1) Inspected welded connections of shear clip to column 6B in regards to SSK-25. This connection is found in compliance with SSK-25
and in general compliance with AWS D1.1-10 clause 6 table 6.1.
Jeff was informed of this inspection and E-mailed a copy of this report with the current discrepancy list.
