Lublan S.A., the owners of Units 501 and 502 at the Village Inn Plaza, located at 68 East
Meadow Drive have decided to change general contractors. My company, Museo Tee, Inc. will
no longer be the general contractor for the two permits listed above. Philippe Courtois will be
the new general contractor. All permits may be changed to show this modification.
