RE: Permit # B16 – 0041
Submitting additional information pertaining to addition and remodel at 4512 Streamside Circle E, #A
-During the remodel and addition construction some omissions and discrepancies in the original approved
design drawings were encountered, and resolved with the input of the structural engineer for the project.
The structural engineer has incorporated these revisions and clarifications in the enclosed drawings, pages
S1.0, S1.1, S1.2 & S1.3, with the changes from the approved drawings “clouded” for identification.
-On September 19th, 2016, JR Mondragon with the Town of Vail made a courtesy site visit to observe the
existing party wall configuration and determine what elements need to be implemented as the party wall is
reassembled at portions opened during construction. The original approved plans did not address the existing
party wall. Enclosed drawing P.W. details the elements of the party wall reassembly, based on Mr.
Mondragon’s recommendations.
