Description of existing Type V-B Construction space:
It has been confirmed that the entire building is equipped with fire sprinklers. These are notably
black iron in the basement level where they are exposed but they are plastic (orange) in most
locations on the first floor and above. The plastic will need to be replaced with iron in all areas
where the ceilings are to be completely open and exposed.

Does not apply: no change will be made to the existing exits during this
remodel.

The proposed alternations are not adding additional space or obstacles to

Note: The First Floor is the only area of the tenant space that will be remodeled
