PROJECT NARRATIVE
The early '80's built house on Arosa Drive will recieve major improvements by
removing the upper level roof and a portion of the garage roof and adding 400 sq.
ft. of new Master Suite over the garage. Two "flying shed" style roofs will then cap
the new plan design. New exterior materials are introduced to bring interest and to
partner with the existing wood siding which will remain on a majority of the exterior
surfaces.
