Hello Brooks,
Thank you for getting back with me so quickly in regard to the Roach Residence at 1450 Lionsridge
Loop. As a quick synopsis of the project, my clients, Justin and Kerry Roach, are in the process of buying
the home from the Goolsbees, and they would like to make a few modifications to the home before
they move in later this summer. The exterior modifications include enclosing the existing open, exterior
entry of the home, adding a new arched‐top entry roof at the new front door location, removing one
window in the NW corner of the main level, enlarge/expand windows in the SW corner of the main
level, replace an existing patio sliding door with a new accordion style door, replace the deck railing, and
re‐paint the existing teal trim dark brown.
