a. Remove all drywall in kitchen and dining room.
b. Remove kitchen cabinets
c. Remove kitchen wall behind stove & refrigerator
d. Remove pantry closet
e. Relocate electrical panel
f. Relocate washer & dryer, stove & refrigerator
g. Remove drop ceiling in kitchen
h. Frame new knee wall & laundry closet
i. Install new kitchen lighting
j. Relocate dining room light – 1 foot
2. Living room
a. Remove drop ceiling drywall
b. Relocate drop ceiling lighting
c. Remove fireplace wall paneling
d. Install new stone on fireplace
e. Install living room ceiling fan
3. Bathroom 1
a. Remove all drywall, tub & tile
b. Remove interior wall & door
c. Install new shower/shower pan, fixtures & tile
d. Frame new bathroom door
4. Master Bedroom
a. Install new ceiling fan & switch
5. Bathroom 2
a. Remove all drywall
b. Remove interior wall & door
c. Remove hallway closet & door for larger bathroom
d. Install new tub, fixtures & tile
e. Frame new bathroom door
6. Bedroom 2
a. Install new ceiling fan & switch
7. Entire Home
a. New doors and trim
b. Texture wall/ceilings
