Conditions
CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH PERMITS BECOME VOID:
If construction is not begun within 6 months from the date permit was issued.
If more than 5 months elapses between inspections.
If incorrect information is given on the application at the time the permit was issued.
All exposed metal flashing, trim, flues, vents, and rooftop mechanical equipment shall be anodized, painted (adjacent facade/roof
material color or flat black), or capable of weathering so as to be non-reflective pursuant to Section 14-10-5C, Building Materials and
Design, Vail Town Code, pror to requesting final inspections.
Applicant shall install the A/C screens as approved in the Design Review Board application DRB16-0310. All A/C screens shall be
painted to blend in with the background color.
