Project: Town Home Renovation – Skylight Install & Gas Main Install

Scope of Proposed Work:
The new owner of this premise Vail Six Pack LLC – c/o Dave Inman has requested JVC LLC to
Contract for the construction element of a complete and entire interior remodel this coming winter.
JVC and the client are currently in the design phase of the exact element’s they wish to incorporate
for such. However, one thing is for certain, they wish to have skylights installed in the roof and a
main gas line connected to the premise. Reason being, is they are a center unit with no side
windows and they have seen examples of how appropriate the introduction of skylights is to the
overall ambiance and natural light preferences within the unit.
It is the intent to install 4 Velux Brand fixed panel skylights, please see the following link for

Attached is a Plan/Layout of the proposed locations within the existing unit conditions and
proposed remodel conditions for the upper level.
It is the intent to have Xcel install a Gas Meter at the existing Main location, then run a gas line to
Unit A-2 via the east side of the building. Attached is a site plan of current conditions and all that is
being proposed for the location of gas line etc
This request now is for the Skylight and Gas Main approval only. We ask for such, so we may get
them installed in the near future, prior to Winter being upon us. The Final Layout and full extent of
the proposed remodel will be submitted in the next few weeks for the HOA and Town Of Vails full
review and further approval of such at that time. We respectfully request that the attached be
approved as submitted for Skylights and Gas Main install only at this time.
