Subject: Spring 2014 Remodeling project
The following unit remodel has been reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Committee of the
Northwoods Condominium Association.
Individual owner projects:
Unit Fl: Plans dated 03/10/2014
Install new residential elevator on east side of building to service levels 1 through 4.
First Floor-no additional work.
Second Floor-remove existing fireplace frwn bedroom 42 and create a hallway leading to the hot tub deck.
Third Level-enclose existing deck space on Northeast side of living room and create new/expanded deck an east side of building the
same size as existing deck
Forth Level-build cantilevered floor space on east side of building and install spiral staircase leading to the fifth level.
Pith Level-Majority of existing roof is to be removed and a fifth level is to be added with 2 new bedrooms and 2 new bathrooms.
Please see attached plans for more information on proposed remodel,/addition.
Construction is anticipated to occur during 2014 and will take both spring and fall construction seasons to complete
Approvals of these projects are conditional on the owner following the Procedures for Approval of Architectural
Changes Requested by Owners established by the Association
