All projects requiring de- sign review must receive approval prior to submitting a building permit application. An application for Design Review cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Community Development Department, as outlined in the submittal requirements. Whenever we have to make an exterior alteration of any sort on a multi-family dwelling we need home owner approval from every owner in the complex. In this situation we will be adding a forced air heating system to your neighbors home. In doing so we will need to run exhaust venting through the wall of your neighbors garage into what is called a concentric vent kit. it is very low profile, and will be painted to match per Vail exterior alteration requirements. This will have no effect to your residence, and will not even be visible from your unit.
