Attached is the long‐awaited Joint Property Owner Written Approval Letter.
Amy simply scratched‐out the weatheredwood color and inserted “shakewood”, (a wood/tan color vs. the weathered
shake look).
I hope this will suffice, as we’ve previously submitted the balance of the application/info.

Hello Amy,
The TOV rejected our proposed roofing material. I have since provided an alternative that I believe
will be acceptable to the TOV. However, the TOV requested a revised written approval form, which
is attached.
If the new material is acceptable to the HOA, could you please sign and return to us, so as I can
submit to TOV?
