Sorry for the delay-I was driving to Vail!
For the record,I own the duplex located at 4816 Juniper Lane, Vail, CO 81657.
Per your email,you are asking my permission to replace your driveway with like colored concrete with
the same configuration.
Please accept this email as my approval for you to proceed with the replacement as you have
outlined.
If you would grant me the same approval, it would be greatly appreciated. We are looking at two
options. The first is to replace the existing concrete with brick pavers with the same configuration. The

second option is to replace the existing concrete with like colored concrete with the same
configuration. The option we choose will largely depend on price. If both of these options are
acceptable to you, I would appreciate an email response at your convenience.

removed and replaced in the same configuration and same color.
