Mauriello Planning Group is submitting this DRB application for exterior modifications of the Vista Bahn Building on behalf
of the owner of the property, Remonov & Co. Inc. No floor new area is being added with this proposal.
!
The proposed improvements proposed with this DRB application include the following:
!
1.Replacement of the main level entry door with a new sliding door and widening the opening slightly;
2.Replacement of the main level rear door;
3.Removal of interior fireplace and replacement with a window on second level facing street;
4.Removal and replacement of rear aluminum door on second level southeast facing deck;
5.Removal and replacement of second level windows (3);
6.Addition of 3 red awnings;
7.Addition of thermometer above the entry;
8.Replacement of nonconforming light fixtures with new fixtures which meet code;
9.Removal of corbels for planters under the third floor windows due to interference with top of new awnings); and
10.Relocation of Building Identification sign.

Each of these proposed changes is indicated on the plans from TAB Associates dated June 16, 2014, and included with this
