Stairs and decks/patios<5' in height are required to meet 7.5' side setback. 2.No work is permitted within the ROW with this approval. 3.All materials must meet TOV design standards, specifically 14-10-5 of the Vail Town Code. 4.Proposed retaining walls may require engineering for compliance with building code. 5.All railing on new improvements shall be consistent. 6.Future revisions to decks or other areas not included in this application requiring railings must adhere to approved railing design of this project. 7.No work may occur in the floodplain without a floodplain development permit.
