1.This approval is for the removal of four (4) spruce trees as identified during
site visit on 7-14-2014.
2.The applicant shall supply, for administrative review and approval by staff, a
proposed landscape treatment plan for the front (south) side of the house.
3.The applicant shall plant two coniferous trees no less than 8' in height within
the property. The applicant is encouraged to consider species other than spruce
including ponderosa and bristle cone pines. A recommended planting list is available
