1.All utilities shall be painted to match background façade.
2.The dead tree along the western property shall be removed and two ornamental

3.All railings shall be painted the darker stucco color to match metal.
4.The dark wainscoting shall terminate on an inside corner.
5.The rear windows shall be repainted.
6.The wood siding shall be adjusted to give the appearance of all headers being
aligned.
7.Signage for individual parking spaces shall not be permitted.
8.A sign permit applicant shall be submitted for review and approval.
