As Managing Agent for Ptarmigan Townhomes I have been asked to convey to the Town of Vail that Ptarmigan would like to have the dead aspen tree in front of unit #16 removed. I have
met with several Board members and they have approved of the removal of this dead aspen for obvious safety reasons.
