We, the Rosenbach Family and K.H. Webb Architects, are proposing a new single family residence at
103 Rockledge Road. This primary residence will have 6 bedrooms, and 10 bathrooms. It will be
approximately 9,400 square feet of living space and 850 square feet of garage. There will be multiple
levels and outdoor living space from the walk-out basement as well as the entry level. There will be a
hot tub, water feature, and fire pit.
