PROJECT NARRATIVE
THE FOLLOWING EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS:
1. The driveway will be expanded in size by removing retaining walls and
excavating soil back to new retaining walls located 24" from property line.
2. The driveway apshalt will be removed and replaced by a heated paver system
and new grading.
3. The garage slab will be removed and replaced 6" lower and include in-floor
radiant heating and drains. A new garage door is proposed.
4. The entry stairs will be removed and replaced with heated flagstone stairs.
5. A new wood deck will be built over the existing garage roof and be connected
to the living room deck with an exterior stair.
6. A new deck connecting the hot tub deck to the living room deck is proposed.
7. Some trees will be removed and grading revised along the street frontage.
New landscaping is proposed in this area.
