All new floor area is deductable per
Section 12-15-3 of the Vail Town Code
The applicant shall continue the stone
veneer to terminate at the inside corner
near the base of the stairs
Building plans shall show this wall will shifting six inches to the north in
order to accommodate the stone veneer and to provide proper
clearance for the stairs. Floor area reduced by 1.25 sq. ft.
