Mauriello Planning Group is submitting this DRB application for changes to approved plans for the Vista Bahn Building on behalf of the owner of the property, Remonov & Co. Inc. At this time, we are submitting revisions to the front awning based on the previous DRB review and staff’s concerns. We have eliminated the support posts which were a concern at the previous review. In addition, we explored other options, including more permanent options to eliminate the snow shedding concern. However, we believe pulling back the awning so that any snow shedding occurs onto the heated deck is the best option at this time. This awning will match the other awnings previously approved by the DRB. We have included the DRB approval form for reference. ! The proposed awning is indicated on the plans from TAB Associates dated July 25, 2014, and included with this submittal. Thank you for your time and consideration on this matter.
