As request by Tom Kassmel, the proposed building and street dimensions are as follows:
SE corner at Retail Unit 103
Clear width of passage from west edge of street boulder to east building edge is 11’-4”
The bottom side of canopy is 12’-2” above finish grade
The bottom side of timber beams are 11’-2” above finish grade
The bottom of steel angles at 10’-0” offset from street boulder is 9’-8” above finish grade
All retail signage hanging from canopy will be a minimum of 9’-0” above finish grade
