This office represents Mr. and Mrs. Brian Deevy with respect to their ownership of 736
Forest Rd., West Yi, in Vail, Colorado. We understand that the lot immediately to the west of our
client on Forest Road is undergoing development. We have not been provided notice of any
building permit, grading permit, or development plan. e setbacks on these properties are
extremely small for these size house , which are often redeveloped in this neighborhood As
well , there are very sensitive soil, drainage, and other issues near the dri eway and stairs on The
w st end of our client's roperty.
Therefore, let this serve as another request for copies of all development inquiries, permit
applications and the like. If you have any questions concerning this letter please contact me at
your earliest opportunity.

This office represents Mr. and Mrs. Brian Deevy with respect to their ownership of 736
Forest Rd ., West Yi, in Vail, Colorado. It is our understanding that the adjacent lot to the west is
presently undergoing redevelopment or contemplated redevelopment. Please send all
correspondence to this address as Mr. and Mrs. Deevy live in Denver and utilizing the Vail
address for notices will be futile.
We would like to be kept in the loop with respect to all plans, meetings, permit
applications, demolition schedules for the existing structure and any approval process with
respect to redevelopment of that lot. If you have any questions in this regard please do not
