The intention of this proposed minor exterior alteration is to
install an on-grade stamped concrete heated patio at the main living level to extend the
interior living space to the outside
on-grade concrete heated landscape steps to connect to an existing upper level patio
an extension to the existing deck to have same-level access from the existing deck to
the new patio
new landscaping in the south, uphill portion of the lot, consisting of;
o ground cover plantings
o low-growing decorative shrubs
new site retaining walls consisting of;
o keystone block walls to match the existing walls
o shock-crete walls with a faux boulder-stamped finished face
removing an existing window and replacing it with a new exterior door
o The door shall be a “Nana Wall” folding door with aluminum cladding to match
existing
a new shed roof covering part of the existing main living level deck on the east side and
covering the new patio on the south side
o all new materials and colors to match existing

All new site and building construction to be within the platted limits of disturbance.
New site coverage will be introduced by the new shed roof. The new total site coverage will be
under the allowable limit.
There will be no changes to GRFA.
There will be no changes to driveway area.
