Cond: CON0013949 The applicant shall not exceed a 1:1 slope on the disturbed grades just above the new pation retaining wall. This area shall be revegitated with native plant species and grasses and include soil stabilization measures such as jute matting prior to requesting a final planning inspection. Cond: CON0013950 The applicant shall revegitate all disturbed areas with native grass seed and the plants shown on the plan prior to requesting a final planning inspection. Cond: CON0013951 The applicant shall match all new stone, roof material, railings, roof fascia, etc. to those currently existing on the home with regard to color, dimension, and architectural character prior to requesting a final planning inspection.
