Mauriello Planning Group is submitting this sign application for for the new restaurant, Solantro’s at the
Vista Bahn Building on behalf of the owner of the property, Remonov & Co. Inc.
!
The proposed signs included with this application include the following:
!
1.Solantro’s business identification sign located over the front entry to the building and mounted
on the existing timbers, using the existing lighting (same as the previous Tap Room sign.) This
sign will be 4 sq. ft. and will be made of sandblasted wood.
2.The existing menu box on the front of the building will be refurbished by refinishing the
aluminum to black.
3.Solantro’s business identification sign on the rear of the building. This sign will be a 2-sided
blade sign at 6 sq. ft. and also make of sandblasted wood. The light fixture will match the sign
lighting in the front.
4.A new menu box of 6 sq. ft. on the rear of the building, attached to the new pedestrian bridge,
to match the other refurbished menu box.

The dimensions, design, sign messaging, and materials, along with the photo renderings of the signs and
sign locations are provided on the plans from Vail Sign included with this submittal. Thank you for your
