We are submitting a DRB application for changes to approved plans for Gorsuch LTD. The
previous DRB Number is DRB14-0214. As you are aware, Gorsuch has been expanding its
retail operations into the old Ore House space. At this time, we have one change to the
plans that require Town approval: The elevator overrun needs to be relocated. We have
provided plans that show the relocation of the elevator overrun, and included the analysis of
how this will not interfere with any adopted view corridors. All materials and colors are as
previously approved and meets the height requirements of the Vail Village Urban Design
Guide Plan. !
We are hoping that this application can be staff approved, based on the limited visibility of
