We are submitting a DRB application for Gorsuch LTD. As you are aware, Gorsuch has been
remodeling its retail operations. At this time, we have an additional change to the plans that
requires Town approval: The elimination of a balcony on the clock tower. The balcony
interferes with getting adequate head height in an interior space. The slider door changed to
a window and the patio will be reframed to accommodate the ceiling height below. !
We are hoping that this application can be staff approved, based on the limited visibility of
