I am writing to you per Mike Earl’s request regarding the Casolar Del Norte HOA Tree Mitigation Project that was submitted to the Town of Vail already. I understand that we need to replace
the proposed removal of six (6) dead trees with four (4) new live ones in order for the project to be approved. As I understand it, the Community Development Department which reviewed
our proposal, has requested that we replace trees #8-15 on the approved Town of Vail map per our application for Casolar Del Norte. We agree to this stipulation and will replace the
trees in Spring of 2015 once there is materials available in the Vail region.
Please let me know if there is anything else you need from our end and I look forward to our formal approval of this project which will help us become compliant with the TOV’s Wildfire
Mitigation suggestions that has prompted our HOA undertaking this particular project.
