Dear Jonathan,
The Board of Directors of the Casolar Del Norte Homeowners Association approves the removals
of all of the Cottonwood trees located at the East end of Vail View Drive Spur. These trees would be
considered hammerhead right of 1101 Vail View Drive Spur and have already caused us to patch the
road and are a nuisance to the area. In addition we also would like to remove three overgrown Aspen
trees that are located in between two adjacent buildings. These trees, two single stems and one double
stem, have outgrown the property and are literally rubbing the buildings and are lying on top of the
roofs.
We will happily oblige to any suggestions by you, if you deem necessary, to replace trees but I
believe the areas are tight and no additional tree plantings will be required.
