RE: 2755 Snowberry Drive, Lot 10, Block 9, Vail Intermountain
Dear Planning Staff,
I am please to submit 2755 Snowberry Drive for your review. The Project is a Duplex residence on a
Primary/Secondary Lot. Each side is a 5 bedroom unit with a 2-car garage. The garages are stacked
in the effort to save on building footprint and to give separate identity to each unit. The Lot is a
downward loading site with difficult access. This drive configuration helps in the verticality of the homes
and stepping the units down the slope.
An earlier variance was granted for a drive and we have reconfirmed that the PEC variance is still valid.
we have been working with staff to made sure that all requirements and easement swaps have been in
place. Drive Variance was granted due to the road placement in relation to the property line.
