Michele and Chris Evans, owners of Lot 16A would like to enlarge their entry area, add a garage and add a room with a bathroom above the garage. Additionally, they would like to capture
some existing space that is currently covered by an existing roof as interior space on the south side. They would also like to extend out the lower level rec room a few feet. These
additions only increase the site overage by ______ SF as most of it, with the exception of the new garage, do not affect the site coverage at all.
Both Michele and Chris Evans (Lot 16A) and The Henston Family LLC (Lot B) would like to remodel the exterior of the duplex in order to bring it up to date. This will include re-staining
existing siding, fascia and soffit as well as replacing some siding and varying the roof materials to make the units look more up to date. The garage doors will also be replaced to
add some interest These enhancements will help the values in the neighborhood and bring the duplex up to date in keeping with some of the recently rebuild or remodeled homes in the
area.
Owners of both units are in agreement on these changes and agree it will enhance the value and look of their respective units.
