Please find below a brief description of the submitted project. This application includes an exterior entry stair remodel, entry and mud room addition, exterior master bedroom deck reduction, interior remodel, and exterior color change. The current residence is zoned Two Family Residential. The allowable total square footage is 4,308 square feet. The current total square footage after deductions is 2,325 square feet. The proposed additional square footage is 59 square foot. The proposed entry addition will be located on the north side of the home and the proposed mud room addition is between the home and the garage. No additional modifications are proposed at this time.
