Descriptions of work for the solar photovoltaic design review board application for the
Gondola Base Terminal.
Solar Photovoltaic System:
Conundrum Technologies will be installing a roof mounted, grid-tied photovoltaic system. The
system consists of 32 quantity 250W solar modules. Total square footage of PV array is
653.33 sq-ft. The system is designed to use a non-penetrating flush mount roof racking
system. Spec sheets attached. The PV modules will use Enphase micro-inverters located at
each module for the DC to AC conversion. All roof work consisting of racking installation,
module installation, and Micro- inverter wiring will be completed by NABCEP certified
installers with Conundrum Technologies. All AC wiring from the Roof down to the utility
disconnect and system interconnection to load center will be performed by Carter Electric
Company. The PV ballasted array and racking has a height of 14”, placed in the center of
roof, will not be visible from the ground.
