Re; Sun Vail Condominiums #24E and #34E
Dear Board Members,
The owner of both 24E and 34E of Sun Vail Condominiums seeks approval to modify
the exterior of Building E by enclosing the existing deck areas and creating additional
decks to be accessed from the west side of the units.
The project in total combines both of these units with an interior stair and replaces all
the existing windows and adds or re-configures other windows as they are required for
the remodel.
All materials, colors, exposed products and details, are to match the existing building.
Every effort has been made to be consistent with the massing of the new deck
structures and these new structures are well within the setbacks, site coverage limits
and are matching other development within the condominium complex that have been
constructed in the past.
